Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Any return requests must be submitted within 10 days of the purchase date.
If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot approve a return for any reason.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must contact our Customer Service Team to receive a return approval prior to sending any product back.
Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Used hardware
Worn apparel
Sale or discontinued items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so by our Customer Service Team.
Orders that were shipped directly from the supplier or manufacturer must be returned according to our Customer Service Team’s instructions. Please note, suppliers and manufacturers typically do not provide return labels, so make sure to address your package exactly as instructed.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item worth more than $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Gold Hemps is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank or credit card company.
If you have not received your refund within 15 days, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are non-conforming, defective, or damaged.
If you need to request an exchange (within 15 days of purchase), please contact our Customer Service Team for exchange instructions.
Shipping Timelines
Please Note: Shipping timelines are generally not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, Gold Hemps is not responsible for how long it takes to be delivered. Various factors like weather conditions or postal courier delays may affect delivery timelines.
We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated in our Shipping Policy. We are happy to open an investigation with the courier if needed, but we cannot reship or refund an order that has already been shipped.
