Shipping Policy

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. While most orders are processed within 24 hours, please allow 24–72 hours for processing.
Processing hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–4:00 PM PST. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.

Most Priority Mail Express orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Monday–Friday will be shipped out the same day.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking information.

  • Orders with free shipping may ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail (for larger orders) and typically arrive within 2–8 business days after processing.

  • USPS Priority Mail orders usually arrive within 2–4 business days after being shipped.

Note: USPS shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary.

Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship to 48 U.S. states.
(We do not ship to Idaho, Kansas, Nevada, or South Dakota.)

Incorrect Address Submission

Please double-check your shipping and billing addresses before placing your order.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delayed delivery or returned packages.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will not be reshipped until the customer pays a 15% restocking fee and additional shipping charges.

Missing or Damaged Items

If any items are missing, damaged, or incorrect, they must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photos of the packing slip and the items received. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Returning Items

Returns are accepted only on unopened and unused products.
After the returned item is received and verified as unopened and untampered with, a refund may be issued minus a 15% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Privacy and Discretion

Orders are shipped in plain packaging (envelopes or boxes).
The shipping label will only display our return address without indicating the contents of the package.
